The Role

We’re looking for a Mobile Commercial Cleanerfocusing onPeriodical Services Specialist to join our team. You’ll be on the move, servicing a wide region from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, and as far as Toowoomba.

Your work will include:

Specialised periodical cleaning – hard floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, strip & seals, building washdowns, high-pressure cleaning, and more.

Operating and maintaining cleaning machinery (e.g. polivac, walk-behind sweepers/scrubbers).

Coordinating with Area Managers, Operations, and clients to schedule and complete jobs.

Ensuring all work meets SPS’s high standards for safety, quality, and presentation.

What We’re Looking For





Proven experience in periodical cleaning, this is not an entry-level role.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Great communicator, qualified, approachable, and a good listener.

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Eye for detail and pride in delivering top results.

Flexible with hours, most work will be after hours and some weekends.

Current Driver’s Licence (car).

Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning equipment.

Commitment to safe work practices and WHS requirements.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

EWP licence (preferred but not essential).
