About the Company

Join a well-established, clinic-based paediatric service with a strong local reputation and consistent referral stream from GPs, word of mouth, and community channels. Their focus is simple: provide high-quality therapy while looking after their team.

You’ll be joining a collaborative Speech Pathology team with a great mix of new grads, mid-level clinicians, and senior support, alongside a wider multidisciplinary team.

What’s on Offer:

- $85,000 – $115,000 + super depending on experience
- Choose a 4-day or 5-day work week (longer days optional)
- Structured daily schedule with dedicated admin time built in

- Fortnightly or monthly supervision
