Ausgroup Industrial Services is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our growing maintenance team in Moranbah. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, stable employment on a permanent 4/3 roster while enjoying a genuine work-life balance.

Working within a maintenance environment, you will be responsible for the safe erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffold systems to support ongoing operational and maintenance activities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffold systems
- Working safely within a mining maintenance environment
- Conducting inspections and maintaining scaffold standards
- Following site safety procedures and company policies
- Working collaboratively with trades, supervisors and site personnel

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Previous scaffolding experience
- High Risk Work Licence (Scaffolding)
- Standard 11
- Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space & Gas Test Atmospheres
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
