Green’s Diesel Service is a locally owned and operated business based in Cloncurry, Queensland. We specialise in maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy earthmoving and mining equipment, ranging from field service work to major component rebuilds and full equipment demobilisation and mobilisation projects.

About the Role

This position involves ongoing work on various mine sites within North West Queensland, along with workshop-based work in Cloncurry. You will work on both surface and underground mining equipment, involving surface preparation, blasting and industrial coating of structural steelto meet quality, safety and production standards.

Work Options Available

- FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns
- DIDO from Mount Isa or surrounds (accommodation provided)




- Residential Cloncurry (locals encouraged to apply)
- 2/1 roster with rotating day/night shifts

Skills and Qualifications required:

- Able to work alongside a tradesman
- Able to take direction and follow instructions.
- Able to work independently and take initiative where required.
- Must be punctual and adhere to rostered shift times.
- Self‑motivated and team orientated.
- Energetic and “Can Do” attitude.
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety.

Essential Requirements

- Current manual driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a mine site medical including drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to work rotating rosters and shift work
- Robust commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience working with machinery
- Mining or heavy earthmoving maintenance experience
