About the role

In this role, the Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial records & ensure accurate data entry/reconciliations, while supporting the team with timely reporting.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Performing bank,



credit card & general ledger reconciliations

Processing accounts payable and intercompany transfers

Assisting with month-end tasks, reporting & forecasts

Supporting IAS/BAS preparation and ATO compliance obligations

Processing payroll + ensuring regulatory compliance

Managing client relationships

Supporting the team with ad hoc accounting tasks

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Min. 3 years previous Bookkeeping experience essential

Demonstrated proficiency with Xero

Cert IV in Bookkeeping or similaressential

High attention to detail + strong organisational and communication skills

Comfortable working independently & in a team
