Stamford Plaza Melbourne is seeking a motivated Demi Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and wider culinary team to prepare and cook high quality dishes across our hotel operations.
This hands-on role requires a passion for quality food, robust food safety knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure during busy service. The position is permanent full-time with a 7-day roster including weekends.
