About the Role

As an Educator, you will:

- Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children.
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and individual needs.
- Observe, document and reflect on children's learning and development.
- Contribute to the planning cycle and ongoing program development.
- Work collaboratively with room leaders, educators and the wider team.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
- Develop positive and respectful relationships with families.
- Follow centre policies, procedures and child-safe practices.




- Support children's routines, including meals, sleep/rest, hygiene and transitions.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

- Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Is caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic.
- Has good communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to children's safety, wellbeing and learning.
- Can work positively as part of a team.
- Has a sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework .
- Holds, or is working towards, an approved Early Childhood qualification.
- Holds a current Working with Children Check .
- Is committed to ongoing skilled learning and development.
