What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years experience in a relevant level establishment
- Confident communicator and team collaborator
- Passionate about produce and provenance
- Hungry to learn — we’ll teach you the CHCC way
- Calm under pressure, committed to the craft
- Knowledge of cafe & a la carte menu preparation and presentation




- Ability to work independently
- Ability to balance service and prep work as required
- Full Australian working rights
- Have or willing to get RSA certificate
