Ibex Australia is looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, freight and local logistics activities.

You'll be the key link between Warehouse, Customer Care, Sales, Supply & Demand Planning, Freight and our customers , ensuring stock and customer orders are received, picked, packed, dispatched and delivered accurately and on time.

About the Chance

Ibex Australia is looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, freight and local logistics activities.

You'll be the key link between Warehouse, Customer Care, Sales, Supply & Demand Planning, Freight and our customers , ensuring stock and customer orders are received, picked, packed, dispatched and delivered accurately and on time.

About the role

- Coordinate daily warehouse priorities, tasks and workload.

- Manage inbound stock, inventory and stock control.

- Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders.

- Book and coordinate freight with approved carriers.

- Organise local deliveries and customer pick-ups.

- Identify and resolve operational issues early.

- Proactively communicate any customer or delivery impacts to Customer Care.





- Support trade sales when required.

- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse.

- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes.

While there are no formal direct reports , you'll provide day-to-day operational leadership by coordinating tasks, communicating clearly, sharing knowledge and leading by example.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in warehouse, logistics, freight or supply chain coordination.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Proactive and solutions-focused.

- Confident coordinating priorities and workloads.

- A clear and effective communicator.

- Hands-on and willing to get involved.

- Accountable and committed to getting the job done.

- Safety-conscious and customer-focused.

Experience with ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems will be highly regarded.
