Our client is a leading supplier of asphalt products and services, supporting major road and infrastructure projects across Australia. With a robust focus on safety, quality and operational excellence, this is a great opportunity to join an experienced production team.

We are seeking a production-focused Plant Operator to assist with the running of an asphalt plant local to Townsville.

What You Will Be Doing

- Produce, allocate and dispatch asphalt product to meet production and quality requirements
- Monitor and conduct routine maintenance of the asphalt production plant and associated equipment
- Operate mobile plant including front end loader, bobcat, and forklift




- Dispatch and loading of trucks with above machinery
- Basic administration including stock control
- Work closely with the laboratory and production team

What You Will Need

- Previous plant, production, batching or asphalt experience (preferred)
- Front End Loader experience and RII (essential)
- Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
- Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
- Forklift, EWP or Confined Space ticket (highly regarded)
