We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated receptionist that will thrive in a team setting to join our support team of administrators and clinical staff.
Requirements
Previous experience in similar roles is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
Previous experience with Best Practice is highly regarded but not essential.
Working with Children Check is required or a willingness to obtain one.
Reception & Administration
Open and close clinic.
Communicate with patients via phone, email and in person, in a courteous and efficient manner.
Schedule appointments for patients.
Issue patient invoices/receipts and bulk bill as required.
Enter and update patient registration details.
Exercise confidentiality with regards to patient care and all aspects of the practice.
Assist doctors and nurses as requested and required.
Correspondence management.
General housekeeping such as tidying and cleaning of waiting room and other practice facilities when necessary.
