We're looking for a passionate and driven Visual Merchandiser who thrives on creating inspiring retail environments while building robust relationships with store teams.

Working across multiple stores throughout Queensland- Brisbane, Maroochydore and Toowoomba, you will play a key role in ensuring our visual merchandising standards are executed consistently, professionally and to a high standard. This role is not just about creating beautiful displays. Success in this position requires strong communication, consistent follow-through and the ability to provide clear feedback to store teams. You will be responsible for ensuring visual merchandising standards are executed consistently across all stores in line with company expectations, promotional directives and merchandising guidelines.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

- You’ll be an exceptional communicator- You will build strong relationships with Store Managers and teams across multiple locations, providing regular communication, support and feedback to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
- You’ll drive accountability- Through weekly communication with stores, you'll provide clear direction, follow up on actions and ensure merchandising priorities are understood and executed within required timeframes.
- You’ll execute with precision- You will follow visual merchandising guidelines, promotional directives and floor plans exactly as provided, ensuring consistency across all stores and campaigns.
- You’ll have a keen eye for detail- You will regularly assess store presentation standards, identify opportunities for improvement and work closely with teams to maintain visual merchandise standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING





- Previous visual merchandising experience within retail.
- Strong presentation and styling skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across multiple locations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel between stores as required.
- A current driver’s licence.
