Townsville Aboriginal & Islander Health Service is seeking a proactive Health Promotion Officer to drive school and community health education in the Townsville Region. You will support Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities to reduce chronic disease factors, with a focus on smoking cessation, nutrition, and physical activity.

You will work with local and regional teams to implement interventions aligned with planning documents and Deadly Choices procedures, aiming to reduce health
