The Role

Benwest is a boutique Financial Planning practice and AFSL based in Norwest. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to support our Director and Financial Advisers in delivering a high-quality client experience.

This is a key, trusted role where you will work closely with the Principal Adviser and broader team, build strong client relationships, and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice. It’s well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality administrative and client support to the Principal Adviser and team
- Prepare and manage Ongoing Fee Agreements and Fee Consents
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM (Xplan/Worksorted)
- Assist in the preparation of Client Review Reports and Records of Advice (ROAs)
- Implement advice strategies, including coordinating and tracking tasks through to completion
- Manage applications, redemptions,



and maintenance requests with third-party providers
- Liaise with clients to deliver a seamless and professional advice experience
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Assist with Centrelink-related matters
- Support compliance requirements, including ASIC AFSL updates
- Collaborate with Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Finance Manager

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial planning support role
- Strong understanding of advice implementation (superannuation and investments)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with Xplan or Worksorted (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and a robust team player
