About The Role

With a passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, as the Cafe Manager you’ll be responsible for:

Leading a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and products

Providing hands‑on training and offering feedback

Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s

Leading all store operations and standards





Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers

Full time opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster

About You

The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:

Experience as a manager or supervisor (in similar environment)

A background in hospitality

Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills

Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
