Our Electronics Team specialises in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and other security technologies.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our Electronics Team.

As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Electronics Service Department, ensuring the efficient management of service documentation, work orders, customer communications, invoicing, reporting, and system records.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage customer portals and service-related documentation
- Prepare service reports, customer documentation, and administrative correspondence as required
- Process technician service reports and supporting records
- Review completed service jobs and ensure all supporting documentation is received and recorded
- Monitor open work orders and assist with administrative follow-up to facilitate timely closure
- Assist with service-related billing queries and invoice reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and document control processes
- Comply with WHS requirements, emergency procedures, and company policies

What You Will Bring

- Experience in industries such as electrical, data communication and air conditioning, HVAC, electronic repairs and maintenance of major tech-brands
- Skilled communication skills,



both over the phone and via email

- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently while being a great team player
- Confidence with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- SimPro experience and knowledge of security products (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms) is a bonus - but not essential
- A proven track record of staying calm and professional under pressure
