Commercial Building Facade Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated tradesman to join our growing team. CBFS specialises in facade remediation, waterproofing, glazing rectification, and building envelope diagnostics across commercial and high-rise residential buildings.

This role suits someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on technically challenging projects.

Position Type

Full-time position with long-term career potential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of facade and building envelope works across Southeast Queensland. Our projects include high-rise apartment buildings, commercial facilities, and complex water-ingress rectification works.

Typical works include:

- Window and facade rectification
- Sealant installation and replacement
- Waterproofing works
- Flashing installation and remediation
- Glazing repairs and hardware replacement




- Destructive investigations and facade inspections
- Carpentry and structural rectification works
- Building envelope diagnostics and water testing

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking applicants with experience in one or more of the following trades:

- Glazing
- Waterproofing
- Carpentry
- Facade installation
- Building maintenance or remedial works

Preferred skills and attributes

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Experience working on commercial or high-rise buildings
- Problem-solving mindset for investigative work
- Ability to work both independently and within a team

Licences/Tickets

- Construction White Card (essential)
- Driver's licence (essential)
- Working at Heights (preferred)
- EWP ticket (preferred)
