We're addressing the skilled labour shortage in rural Australia by bringing capable, under-valued butchers from Sydney to work in a well-run, supportive environment.

Hours

- Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 5:00 AM - Start work on beef
- 6:30 AM - Break and trim lamb
- Relaxed,

Job Responsibilities

- Process beef, lamb and pork according to industry standards
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented workplace
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
- Follow daily production schedules and meet quality expectations

Requirements

- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
