What You’ll Be Doing:

Working hand-in-hand with our Managing Directors, RN Leadership, and Care Services team, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our organisation! Your day will include:

Mastering the Schedule: Matching the right caregivers to our clients to deliver premium, seamless care.

Recruiting Top Talent: Helping us discover and onboard passionate care team members to support our growth.

Team Support: Guiding staff onboarding,



compliance checks, and end-of-employment procedures.

Smooth Operations: Collaborating with admin to keep systems aligned with our mission and brand, while seamlessly tackling calls, emails, and scheduling tasks.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience: Proven background in high-volume scheduling and recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Tech & Admin Savvy: Tech-literate (especially with Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

People Person: A friendly demeanour, fantastic customer service skills, and an eagerness to learn.

Organised Multitasker: Top-tier time management skills and an eye for detail.

Local & Ready: Must reside locally and possess (or be willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Type: Full-time (38 hours/week)

Hours: Versatile options between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (to be discussed)
