Porsche Centre Sydney South is seeking an organised, customer-focused Service Scheduler to join our high-performing Service Department. This role is essential in coordinating workshop bookings, managing daily schedules, and ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service experience synonymous with Porsche.

What you'll do

- Manage all service bookings via phone, email, and online channels
- Coordinate workshop capacity and allocate jobs efficiently
- Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts to support smooth workflow
- Provide premium customer communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and support daily service operations

What you'll bring

- Minimum 12 months of automotive service scheduling or service reception experience




- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience and confidence with automotive dealership management system (e.g. Titan)
- A proactive, qualified approach aligned with a luxury brand environment
