The Sporting Globe in Melbourne is seeking a Chef de Partie to support high-volume service in our stadium-style sports bar and grill. You will contribute to quality dishes, follow recipes and plating guides, and work with a large team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will assist the head chef, manage kitchen operations, ensure safety and hygiene, and demonstrate attention to detail across all kitchen stations in a lively, rotating-shift workplace.
