About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and detail-focused Sales and Customer Service Administrator to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for answering calls, processing sales orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to our sales team.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Office hours: 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
- Answering incoming calls promptly and with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Processing sales orders with a keen eye for detail, including invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Supporting customers and the sales team with inquiries and general assistance.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties to support the smooth running of our operations.

What You'll Bring:





- A friendly and bubbly personality with a can do attitude, strong customer service skills and a natural ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in a customer service and sales-focused role is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Robust Microsoft Office skills, in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and myob will be an advantage.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results.
- Pride in the quality and accuracy of your work.
