QT Melbourne is seeking a full time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team keeping 188 designer rooms in immaculate condition. This permanent role offers a minimum guaranteed 38 hours per week and hands-on leadership to maintain the highest standards across the department.
You will supervise Room Attendants and cleaners, balance schedules, liaise with Reception, train staff and ensure WHS compliance, all while fostering a positive work workplace and guest satisfaction.
