Job Description
Qantas is recruiting a Strategic Workforce Planner for a 12-month fixed-term role at our Mascot Corporate Campus.
You will develop long-term resource plans for airports and freight, partner with stakeholders across the organisation, and drive transformation initiatives to optimise workforce cost and service outcomes.
You will also lead a team of workforce planners to deliver seasonal planning and monthly rosters, and manage the Master Rosters and planning rules to 28 days out.
