FORMA Joinery is looking for an experienced Joinery Installer to join our growing team.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys practical problem solving on site, communicates well with customers and the internal team, and wants to be part of a business that is growing, improving and building stronger systems.

We work across both residential and commercial joinery , including kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanities, custom cabinetry, office fit-outs, retail, workplace and commercial joinery projects.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply turn up, install and leave without thinking. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, solve basic site issues, communicate clearly, and help deliver projects properly.

About the Role

As a Joinery Installer, you will be responsible for installing custom joinery to a high standard across residential and commercial sites.

You will work closely with our Production Manager, factory team, designers, office staff and other installers to ensure jobs are completed professionally, efficiently and with attention to detail.

You will be expected to understand plans,



check site conditions, install cabinetry accurately, identify issues early and communicate clearly when something needs to be resolved.

Key Responsibilities

- Installing residential and commercial joinery.
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and installation information.
- Installing kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanities, storage, commercial cabinetry and custom joinery.
- Checking site conditions before and during installation.
- Identifying and solving basic site issues where appropriate.
- Communicating installation issues clearly to the Production Manager.
- Ensuring joinery is installed level, square, secure and to FORMA standards.
- Managing hardware, panels, fillers, kicks, doors, drawers and final adjustments.
- Working professionally around customers, builders, site supervisors and other trades.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe.
- Reporting missing items, damaged components, re-cuts or site concerns early.
- Supporting return visits or completion items where required.
- Representing FORMA Joinery professionally on site.

- Needs every small instruction and cannot problem-solve basic site matters.
