The Opportunity:
1 x full-time Sales role at Genesis Windsor
As a Member Sales Consultant at our Genesis Health + Fitness Windsor club, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Genesis Health + Fitness Club.
This is a full-time role working a rotating Monday-Saturday roster as a part of a agile and experienced team.
The role is highly varied but has two clear goals - achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales and marketing activities, and retaining existing members through delivering high quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively achieve your set individual sales budgets,
as well as contribute to club sales budgets utilising the various sales promotions and referral campaigns
- Generating new leads and marketing opportunities through community outreach, business-to-business partnerships, and seeking referrals from new and existing members
- Contacting prospective members by executing structured phone call drives and booking appointments
- Facilitating club tours and sales presentations to prospective new members
- Active involvement in member retention activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and and contribute to our overall member experience
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Fitness Industry sales experience preferred
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer centric approach
