Job Description
Silverchain in Burnside, Victoria is seeking a Care Worker to help older community members maintain independence and wellbeing through home-based support and personal care.
You will perform housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, medication assistance and mobility support, including transport to activities.
A driver's licence and own insured vehicle are required, along with 3+ months in a similar role.
