E-commerce Customer Support Agent (Hybrid)

Muscle Mat is one of Australia's fastest growing e-commerce stores and the go to brand for all things comfort. We are looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Bulimba, Brisbane.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Respond to customer enquiries by email, live chat, phone, and social media in a qualified and timely manner
n
Update and maintain customer records in our CRM (Gorgias)
n
Process orders, returns and exchanges in Shopify
n
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a customer first approach
n
Work with the team to meet customer service targets and improve processes
n
Help with other duties as needed, including occasional support for the social media team
n
What we are looking for
n
Experience with Gorgias or a similar CRM is highly regarded
n
Experience and confidence with online (email and live chat)



and phone customer service is preferred
n
Shopify experience is preferred
n
A friendly, skilled phone manner
n
If you do not yet have direct online customer service experience but consider yourself exceptionally capable, proactive and quick to learn, we encourage you to apply
