About the Role

This role sits within Operations and supports the end-to-end parcel handling process, from SOP development through to problem parcel resolution and tracking management. You'll help build and maintain transparent, practical documentation and standards, working closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and maintenance of operational SOPs, process maps, forms and checklists.
- Monitor key operational processes,



including parcel handling, tracking and problem parcel resolution.
- Coordinate with customer service, quality and branch teams to follow up on operational issues and drive timely resolution.
- Compile operational data, identify exceptions or trends, and assist with reports and dashboards.
- Support SOP training, performance reviews and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

About You

- Experience in warehouse, logistics, transport or similar is an advantage.
- But we are open to all experience levels, graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Diploma or above in logistics management, supply chain, industrial engineering or a related field is a plus
- Experience in logistics, process improvement, SOP development or quality control is an advantage
- Confident reading and interpreting flowcharts, with solid working skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communicator and coordinator, comfortable liaising across multiple departments
