We’re now offering an opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our multi‑franchise Springwood dealership , supporting a agile team across leading brands.

About the Role

Reporting to the on‑site Parts Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day leadership and performance of the Parts Department. You’ll support and mentor a small team of Parts Consultants and Interpreters, work closely with Sales, Service and Pre‑Delivery teams, and help drive both customer satisfaction and department profitability.

This position offers high autonomy , variety, and the chance to make a genuine impact while working with modern systems, evolving technology, and multiple franchises.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:





- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an automotive Parts Department
- Forklift ticket favoured
- Experience working in multi‑franchise environments
- Strong exposure to inventory control, stocktake processes and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Proven ability to drive profitability and meet KPIs
- Confidence adapting to changing technology, systems and market demands
- Leadership capability with a focus on team development and positive culture
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
