This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable , with additional Accounts Receivable responsibilities. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our client based in Frenchs Forest on a casual basis until the end of July. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable , with additional Accounts Receivable responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable support, including reconciliations
- Processing high-volume and complex financial transactions
- Managing supplier and customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero

About You





- Previous Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience in Australia
- Proven experience managing high-volume, complex AP and AR functions
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Highly Regarded

- Experience within the Aged Care and/or NDIS sector
- Knowledge of Aged Care and NDIS funding and compliance requirements

What's on Offer

- Casual hourly rate of $42.63 - $49.34 + Super (depending on experience)
