OVERVIEW Goldstone College is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to support student recruitment, education agent engagement, business development, and marketing activities within the international education sector in Australia. This full-time role involves working closely with management to increase student enrolments, strengthen agent partnerships, and promote the college’s programs to prospective students and partners. The position is based in Sydney and offers opportunities for professional growth as the college expands.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents and business partners
- Regularly visit education agents to promote Goldstone College and its courses
- Identify and approach new education agents and potential partners
- Respond to student and agent enquiries and follow up consistently
- Generate student leads and support their conversion into applications and enrolments
- Promote upcoming intakes, new courses and special promotions
- Arrange and attend agent meetings, presentations and promotional activities
- Support and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase student enquiries and enrolments
- Assist with social media content and digital marketing activities
- Prepare course promotions, agent communications and marketing materials

Requirements

- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Confident communicating with education agents and prospective students
- Comfortable visiting agents and developing new relationships
- Sales and results focused with strong follow-up skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- A clear and qualified communicator
- Able to work independently while being part of a small team




- Experience in student recruitment, international education, marketing, business development or sales is desirable
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student recruitment, education marketing, business development or a similar sales or marketing role is preferred
- Experience within the Australian international education sector will be highly regarded
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Strong professional English communication skills are essential
- Fluency in Korean, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese or Thai will be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills with international students and education agents from diverse cultural backgrounds
