We're looking for a hands-on recruiter who can deliver recruitment but also bring the ideas, energy and drive to improve how recruitment gets done.

What you'll be doing

- You'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, including specialist, critical and leadership appointments.
- But filling vacancies is only part of it.
- You'll also have the chance to improve recruitment processes, build proactive talent pipelines, undertake talent mapping and search activity, strengthen attraction strategies and improve the overall candidate and hiring leader experience.
- There’s also scope to review interview frameworks and assessment methodologies,



use recruitment analytics more effectively and explore recruitment technology and smarter ways of working.

Who I'm looking for

- This could suit someone from internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment.
- You’ll be a recruiter who enjoys the actual recruitment piece but also wants the opportunity to influence how things are done.
- You'll probably be someone who:
- Is naturally a doer
- Has a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit
- Enjoys creating and improving processes
- Can proactively search and map talent rather than relying solely on advertising
- Builds credible relationships with hiring leaders
- Has ideas and isn't afraid to put them forward
- Is equally prepared to roll up your sleeves and make those ideas happen

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a perfectly polished TA function and simply keep it ticking over.

There is an opportunity to put your stamp on it.
