About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Sydney team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT deployment projects on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships. This casual position offers the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and workload.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and decommission computers and associated IT equipment
- Assist with planning and execution of deployment projects
- Provide floor walk support and troubleshoot issues
- Lead small teams when required
- Complete accurate reporting, including customer sign-off and asset reports
- Maintain high standards of WH&S; and quality compliance

Location: Sydney-based role,



our warehouse is located in Arndell Park (NSW).

Travel: Metro, regional, and remote work may be required, including after-hours and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in IT hardware refresh projects
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and lead small teams
- WH&S; awareness and physical fitness
- Full driver’s licence (LR / MR truck licence highly regarded)
- Permanent work rights with no restrictions (Defence clearance desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop hardware/software installation

Qualifications

- IT certification (A+, Cert IV, Diploma or similar)
