Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centred, trauma-informed care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Support clients in managing behaviours associated with AOD and behaviours of concern.
- Promote safety, empowerment, and recovery-oriented practices in all interactions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and holistic care.
- Document and report on client progress in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals with complex needs.
- Sound understanding and application of trauma-informed care principles.




- Experience supporting individuals who exhibit behaviours of concern.
- CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Check
- ValidCPR certification (HLTAID009).
- Australian Drivers License and vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Relevant qualifications in Mental Health, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of NDIS processes and support planning.
