This Full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to join our growing Corporate Services and Client Accounting Team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our Finance Team, deliver premium customer service, and ensure strict compliance with industry standards. This position is ideal for a motivated professional seeking to apply their problem-solving abilities and attention to detail while gaining specialised expertise in Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) and the Salary Packaging Industry.
You will manage daily financial tasks, support accurate Australian Taxation Office (ATO) reporting, and conduct rigorous compliance audits for our clients' accounts. Your analytical mindset will be essential to ensuring operational accuracy and driving high-quality outcomes.

Key Qualifications and Attributes
- Communication Skills:

- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in applying core accounting principles to diverse operational tasks.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical approach to tasks.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2 Years experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable is required, alongside demonstrated success in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships. Prior exposure to FBT is highly advantageous, as are intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (completed or currently pursuing) is preferred
- Operational Style: The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while seamlessly collaborating within a team environment.
- Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage concurrent deadlines.
