Durable Concrete Coatings is an established Australian-owned family business specialising in professional concrete coating products, epoxy flooring systems and trade supplies.

We are a growing business with an experienced team and a strong reputation for quality products, industry knowledge and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a Warehouse & Trade Sales team member to join our Underwood Brisbane store.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, being part of a busy warehouse workplace and taking pride in getting the job done correctly.

About the Role

You will work across both our warehouse and trade counter, assisting customers while ensuring orders and stock are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service in-store and over the phone.

- Assisting trade customers with product selection and general product information.

- Preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Picking and packing trade and retail orders.

- Receiving and checking incoming stock.

- Loading and unloading deliveries and freight.

- Dispatching customer orders and organising freight collections.

- Maintaining accurate stock levels and product locations.

- Assisting with regular stocktakes and stock reconciliation.





- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment where required.

- Keeping the warehouse and store clean, organised and safe.

- Preparing product samples and colour swatches.

- Assisting customers with tinting and colour matching.

- Using our POS and computer systems to process sales, orders and stock movements.

- Assisting with opening and closing the store when required.

- Working closely with the Store Manager and wider team to ensure the branch runs smoothly.

- Following company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and customer‑focused, with a genuine interest in learning our products and industry.

You will ideally have:

- Previous warehouse, trade sales, retail or customer service experience.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Solid attention to detail.

- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Good time management and organisational skills.

- The ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise tasks.

- Physical fitness to perform manual warehouse duties.

- A professional and friendly manner.





- The ability to follow procedures and work safely.

Experience That Would Be an Advantage

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Trade sales

- Warehouse operations

- Paint or coatings

- Concrete or flooring products

- Construction or building supplies

- Paint tinting and colour matching

- POS and inventory systems

- Forklift operation

A current driver's licence is required .

A forklift licence is preferred , however, we are willing to assist the right candidate with obtaining their forklift ticket.

What We Offer

- $65,000–$70,000 + super, depending on experience

- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

- No weekend work
