Customer Service & Sales Support | Showroom & E-Commerce

Do you enjoy talking to people, helping customers and working in a role where every day is a little different?

We are a growing Australian business specialising in furniture and electric fireplaces, with our office, showroom and warehouse based in Seven Hills.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and organised person to join our team in a full-time Customer Service & Sales Support role.

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson. If you're confident communicating with people, comfortable using computers and keen to learn, we'll provide the product and system training you need.

This is a varied, office and showroom-based role. You'll assist customers over the phone, by email and face-to-face, help with product enquiries and orders, and provide day-to-day customer service, sales and administrative support.

No cold calling. No field sales. Most customers contact us directly or visit our showroom because they are already interested in our products.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and helping customers with their enquiries
- Responding to customer emails and online messages
- Welcoming customers to our Seven Hills showroom and helping them explore our furniture and fireplace range
- Providing product information and helping customers choose products that suit their needs
- Checking stock availability, pricing and product information
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Processing phone and showroom orders and assisting with order changes
- Following up on orders, delivery status and customer delivery enquiries
- Assisting with after-sales and warranty enquiries and coordinating with our warehouse and internal team
- General office administration, data entry and document preparation
- Assisting with pricing, sales information and other day-to-day sales support tasks

About You

Previous experience in customer service, retail, reception, administration or sales support would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are happy to consider candidates from different backgrounds who have the right attitude and communication skills.

Working Hours

This is a permanent full-time position, with standard working hours of:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

There is no requirement to work weekends. Optional Saturday work may occasionally be available for team members who are interested in additional hours.
