We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fibreglass Detailer to join our manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience working with fibreglass composites who takes pride in producing a high-quality finished product.

As a Fibreglass Detailer, you will be responsible for the finishing, detailing and preparation of fibreglass components prior to final assembly and dispatch.

What You'll Do?

- Detailing and finishing fibreglass components
- Trimming, sanding, grinding and shaping fibreglass parts
- Filling and repairing imperfections to achieve a high-quality finish
- Preparing components for painting and final assembly
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

What You'll Bring?

- Has previous experience working with fibreglass/composite materials
- Has previous experience with Gel Coat products and application
- Has robust attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
- Can confidently use hand and power tools
- Is reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Has a strong focus on quality and safety
