We’re looking for a graduate, strategic communications to join our collaborative, high performing team. This role is ideal for someone with a curious mind and a strong interest in strategic communications, who is ready to kick-start their career in an agency setting.
About the role
You’ll have the chance to work across a wide range of disciplines, from strategic communications, B2B marketing, strategy, content and creative services. You’ll develop diverse skills and learn from some of the best in the industry.
Our clients are a mix of leading Australian member-based organisations and multinational technology and industrial organisations such as Standards Australia, Chartered Accountants A/NZ, Figma, Afterpay and Slack, just to name a few.

A day in the life
Shadow client services and strategy teams on client projects to understand how work is delivered
Assist with reporting, social listening and maintaining client and account administration.
Keep up with news and trends, understanding the broader industry context of our clients and what’s happening around the world
Work closely with design and production to understand creative workflows and ensure assets meet briefs.
Support the team with campaign research, market trends and brainstorming for integrated campaigns.
The ideal person for this role
Relevant degree in creative intelligence, communications or marketing
Strong attention to detail
An avid consumer of content, news and trends

Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
Exceptional communication: You are a gifted storyteller and sharp writer who can articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
