As part of the Property Management Team, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of landlords and tenants.



Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide proactive maintenance follow-ups with prospective tenants, tenants and landlords;
- Organising and conducting lease inspections as well as prompt processing of rental applications;
- Timely and accurate rent reviews;
- provide timely and productive routine and entry inspection reports.

Qualifications

- Comfortable with interacting with clients face-to-face and over the phone.
- A 'can-do' attitude with excellent time management skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A minimum of a year's experience as a leasing or property management personnel.
