Oaks Port Douglas Resort, part of Minor Hotels ANZ, is seeking a Full time Front Office Supervisor to lead the guest services team and uphold exceptional standards.

You will oversee check-in/out, mentor staff, handle guest requests and complaints, and ensure a warm, professional welcome. Weekend availability and RSA certification preferred.

Rotating shifts across early to late hours and a strong hospitality background are essential to thrive in this role.
