The Role

Are you an experiencedAccounts Payable Officerlooking for a new opportunity?

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Full-functionaccounts payable, including receiving invoices, data entry, reviewing supplier statements, communicating with suppliers and other stakeholders and supplier statement reconciliation
- Maintaining overseas creditor information
- Analysing current Accounts Payable processes and making recommendations to improve processes (in consultation with the relevant stakeholders)

You

To be considered for this position you will possess:





- Previous experience in a similar role (essential)
- Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities to improve processes in a Finance role
- Have a working knowledge of accounting methods and accounting software systems
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Fluent English skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, including asense of urgency,the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to assist other team members
- ERP experience
