We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Campbellfield , this role is fundamental to ensuring the financial accuracy and compliance of our caravan and Offroad RV operations. As Bookeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions and records that keep our business running smoothly. This position offers the chance to work within a dynamic environment whilst maintaining the meticulous standards essential to bookkeeping and accounting practices.

What you'll be doing

Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts and payments

Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments

Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate cash records

Preparing and maintaining general ledger accounts and financial records

Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements





Managing payroll administration and processing employee payments

What we're looking for

Completed bookkeeping qualification or equivalent experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

Proficiency with accounting software packages and general computer literacy

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, general ledger management and financial reconciliation

Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy when handling financial data

Knowledge of GST, tax compliance and basic payroll administration

Professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement

Previous experience in the caravan or automotive industry would be ideal (not essential)
