The Role

- Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
- A la carte and bar service
- Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card




- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar's wine list, cocktail menu and food menu
- Assist in opening and closing procedures

About You

- Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a quick-paced busy environment
- 1 year in FOH hospitality in a premium venue
- A La Carte waitperson experience
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive CAN DO attitude
- Australian Citizen, PR and medium term visa holders only
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a valid NSW RSA
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Available to work on Monday & Friday 10am - 3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 7pm with occasional evening shifts on Monday and Friday
