We are seeking reliable and motivated Pipe Extrusion Operators to join our growing production team. This is a hands‑on role offering real responsibility, stable long‑term employment, and the opportunity to work within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment alongside an experienced and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Pipe Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring pipe extrusion lines, conducting quality checks, handling finished products, and supporting safe and effective production operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating and monitoring pipe extrusion lines
- Conducting routine quality assurance checks on finished pipe products
- Monitoring pipe dimensions, print quality, wall thickness, and product consistency
- Strapping, bundling, coiling, and preparing products for dispatch
- Assisting with line start-ups, shutdowns, and product changeovers
- Maintaining production records and reporting faults or quality concerns
- Supporting housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment




- Working collaboratively with supervisors and production teams to meet output targets

- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am

What We're Looking For

- Previous extrusion or PE pipe manufacturing experience advantageous
- Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
