We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly.

About the Role

As an Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders. You'll be responsible for managing schedules, communications, and key business activities to ensure time is optimised and priorities are executed effectively.

This role is critical in enabling leadership to focus on strategic outcomes while you manage the day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Coordination

- Manage complex calendars , scheduling, and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, reschedules, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications
- Track actions and ensure timely completion

Communication & Organisation

- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Prepare briefing notes and meeting materials

Operational Support

- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Additional Contributions

- Support business projects and initiatives




- Assist with event coordination
- Contribute to process improvements

About You

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to stay one step ahead. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

You will bring:

- Experience in a Personal Assistant role (or similar)
- Minimum 2-4 years of Personal Assistant experience required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

- Calendars are managed efficiently with minimal conflicts
- Communications are handled promptly and professionally
- Meetings are well-prepared and run smoothly
- Tasks and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Executive efficiency and effectiveness are enhanced
