About the role

Joining the P & N Solution Pty Ltd. T/A All Phone Repairs team as a Phone & Electronic Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality repair services to customers in Kilmore, VIC. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide range of electronic devices such as phones, tablets, IPad, Laptops, DVR and much more . What you'll be doing

- Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair a wide range of customers' electronic devices, ensuring reliable performance and high-quality service.
- Carry out repairs and replacements of components such as Display, speaker, sensor, batteries, charging ports, Motherboard and more
- Examine and test DVR systems to identify hardware and electronic faults
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on the repair process and recommended solutions
- Perform software-related fixes including flashing firmware, unlocking, FRP removal, and virus removal.
- Use specialized tools such as multimeters, hot air guns, soldering station, and microscope.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and parts used
- Ensure a clean, safe and organised work workplace
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience
- Follow ESD, safety and manufacture/industry procedures when handling electronic devices

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a phone and electronics repair technician and Diploma in Electronic or equivalent practical experience also retail or customer-facing environment this is must due to only shop to serve regional customers
- Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices and electronics
- Execute motherboard-level fixes:



solder ICs, install jumpers, use rework station and microscopes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines
- A passion for technology and a desire to continually learn and develop your skills
