The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Branch Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our branch.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales support and branch administration. You will help keep the branch organised while proactively contacting customers to generate service bookings and identify sales opportunities.

This is not a management role. We need someone who enjoys speaking with customers, follows through on tasks and takes responsibility for ensuring the everyday requirements of the branch are handled.

Key responsibilities

Proactively contact existing customers to discuss their equipment and upcoming service requirements

Schedule service bookings and follow up outstanding customer enquiries

Identify opportunities for service, parts and other sales

Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful customer service

Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records

Assist the service and sales teams with customer communication

Handle general branch administration, paperwork, mail and correspondence





Help coordinate appointments, deliveries and branch activities

Follow up customers after work has been completed

Ensure enquiries and customer requests are followed through to completion

Support the branch team wherever required

About you

You will be someone who:

Is confident speaking with customers over the phone

Has a proactive approach and is comfortable making outbound customer calls

Is friendly, skilled and genuinely enjoys helping people

Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Takes ownership of tasks and follows through

Has strong written and verbal communication skills

Is comfortable using computer systems, email and Microsoft Office

Works well as part of a team

Brings a positive and solutions-focused attitude to the workplace

Previous experience in customer service, administration, service coordination, sales support or a similar branch-based role would be highly regarded. Experience within the machinery, automotive, equipment or service industries would be beneficial but is not essential.
