FGI Developments is seeking Skilled Labourers, Concreters & Pipelayers to join our growing team across Far North Queensland and to work on regional project sites .

You will support a range of civil construction works including roadworks, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks , with immediate starts available.

These are ongoing positions offering stability, strong team culture, and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality civil projects across Queensland.

Duties Include

- Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and compaction works
- Supporting concrete pours, finishing, and structure placement
- Assisting with installation of reinforcement (steel/mesh)
- Operating small plant and tools (where ticketed)
- Spotting for machinery and maintaining site safety
- Reading and working from plans/drawings (where applicable)
- Contributing to a productive and safety-first work environment

What We're Looking For

- Previous pipe laying or civil labouring experience




- Experience working on civil construction projectsPhysically fit and capable of manual labour tasks
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Construction White Card
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Highly regarded:

- Plant tickets (Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Loaders, Graders, Dozers, Water Trucks)
- MR/HR Licence
- Traffic Control / Confined Space / Working at Heights
